Updated after publishing to clarify that external users only complete checklists, they do not update the status of the job. The job owner does that after receiving a notification that the checklists are complete and reviewing any notes etc.
User Permissions: Updated the Control Module section for a new setting allowing admins to grant or restrict access to Incidents & Logs, similar to the existing Jobs setting.
Add and Manage Organizational Risks, Issues, or Opportunities: Added a note that when you change a risk to an opportunity or an opportunity to a risk, the item type in the header won't update until the page is refreshed. You will get a confirmation pop-up immediately, though, so you know the change was made.
