In this release:
Control
- Real-Time Sync for Job Category and Template Risk: Updates to Job Categories, such as adding a checklist, now sync instantly with Template Risks, ensuring that when you use the template risk on a risk assessment the newly created job will include the latest updates. As usual, any risks already on a risk assessment will not be updated.
- Auto-Zoom for Venue Maps Tiles: Maps now automatically zoom to display Venue Map Tiles when loaded.
- Quick Add Job now Restricted for General Users: General Users with permissions limited to their own items in the Control module can no longer see the quick add job field. Job creation is restricted to users with higher permissions to maintain data integrity.
Risk
- Navigate to Risk Assessments from Event Details: You can now access any Risk Assessment linked to an event directly from its Event Details page by clicking the Risk Assessment card.
- Dynamic Job Count in Add Pre-Planned Jobs Drawer: The Save button in the Add Pre-Planned Jobs drawer now shows a dynamic count of new jobs being added.
- View Full Risk Details from Risk Assessment Overview: Click a Risk title in the Risk Assessment overview tab to view all details for that Risk.
- Enhanced Template Risk Interface with Accordion Controls: The Template Risk interface now includes accordion controls for quick checklist viewing within job categories. In addition, Admins can manage or remove categories from the Template Risk details page.
- Bulk Archive for Risk Actions and Template Risks: Risk Actions and Template Risks can now be bulk archived.
- Multiple Owners, Departments, and User Groups for Template Risks: Template Risks can now have multiple owners, departments, and user groups assigned, with each field remaining optional.
Event Integration
-
Event Sync Source Indicators: Calendar cards and Event Details now display indicators to show the event’s source:
- ENT: Synced from an Enterprise system.
- ELT: Synced from an Elite system.
- If no indicator appears, the event was created directly in WeTrack.
