New
We are excited to introduce a new feature: the Checklist Drawer, which is designed to provide users with a focused and streamlined view of their checklists, making it easier to complete necessary checks efficiently.
The drawer presents a single checklist with all its checks in a clear and concise format, allowing users to focus on what matters most, with a real-time progress summary that shows the status of checks (failed, unsure, and incomplete) along with a progress bar, helping users track their completion status at a glance.
Optimized for both desktop and mobile, the new Checklist Drawer enables users to complete their checklists with greater ease and focus.
Improved
- The way you add indicators and tasks in WeTrack has become a lot more intuitive with the new Add Indicator and Add Task drawers, which keep the steps needed to set up your indicator for tracking in a clear and concise format without taking you away from the context of the screen you were on.
- The Job and Incident Details pages on mobile have been updated to make it easier for your Event Operations teams to complete their work on the move. Layout improvements make it easier for users to close out incidents and complete jobs, while the new checklist view enables users completing Incident Response Plans, Pre-Event Checklists and Post-Event Reports in a focussed, intuitive view.
- The Jobs calendar has had a makeover to ensure that users can keep track of their upcoming jobs more clearly through an intuitive and clean calendar view.
- Like on other cards in WeTrack, users of the Logs List now have the option to display the Headline Status in the sub-title position on Log cards, meaning that they can more easily scan a venue or event log and see the key updates that have been provided for each activity. Click the gear icon to open the Edit Cards for Logs modal and select Show Headline Status as subtitle.
- The Event Overview page gives a more comprehensive view of operations for your events with the addition of Log and Incident lists into the page. These can be accessed from the toggle switch at the top of the page and users working on an event can then live in this focused view of that event. This allows the users to see all the logs and incidents added to the event automatically, and reduces chatter concerning other events.
- The way that Job Scheduling works has been updated following feedback from customers. When a job category is scheduled for 4 days before an event, it will send only on that day, rather than on each subsequent day up to the event.
- The Header Search function within the Risk Module has been extended so that you can now search by keyword to show Risks & Issues, Risk Assessments, Risk Profiles and Risk Actions that contain the search string in their title.
- The Hub Gantt Chart now features an optional column for Account Title, which can be used along with or instead of the account logo to provide more detailed context when viewing cross account timelines.
Fixes
- There was an issue adding new users to the Hub in a Hub Admin role: this role did not give them comprehensive access to Hub Management settings. This has been resolved and any users now assigned that role will be granted the correct access.
- We have resolved issues around the layout and icons for the export of the Gantt Chart in the WeTrack Hub.
- The Account Logo on the Hub was not working when you switched to a cross-account timeline view. We have fixed this now, along with the ability to show and hide user avatars on the timeline.
- An issue with the Location Manager has been resolved where the shapes for Areas were being added to, rather than replaced, when the Areas are edited.
