In this release:
General
- Email notifications sent when you have been mentioned in a comment will now include the name of the user who mentioned you in the email subject, making it easier to identify key updates.
- Easily stop jobs and reports from being sent to your team by selecting the new option to cancel scheduling from both the Job Category Scheduling and Report Sharing Scheduling views.
Planning
- Find the project ID more easily in the Project Details Page to help with import planning and other reference requirements.
Risk
- Find the risk assessment information you need more easily using the updated Risk Assessment List, with optimizations for both desktop and mobile views.
- Navigate the Risk Profile list more easily on both desktop and on mobile following design improvements to this view.
Control
- Loggists working on an event in WeTrack can now add logs and review the whole event log straight from the Event Overview page, keeping them in a focused and comprehensive view of the event they are working on.
- Customers running an event or multiple events across different time zones can now understand the timing of logs and event day activity more easily with a tooltip showing the timing of items in the multiple time zones, meaning that users can more easily understand the context without manual conversion of times.
- A new drawer for adding incidents makes the process of logging full details about an incident quicker and more efficient, whether you are doing it on desktop or mobile.
- A new drawer for adding jobs makes the process of describing the full details of a job quicker and more efficient, whether you are doing it on desktop or mobile.
- Venue and event loggists can now better track the flow of their day, with both exact time and relative time now shown on log cards in the log list.
- The Job and Incident Details pages on mobile have been updated to make it easier for your Event Operations teams to complete their work on the move. Layout improvements make it easier for users to close out incidents and complete jobs, while the new checklist view enables users completing Incident Response Plans, Pre-Event Checklists and Post-Event Reports in a focused, intuitive view.
Reports
- A new checkbox on the report sharing options will help to ensure that confidential information cannot be shared unintentionally in reports. Select the "Exclude Confidential Items" to filter out any confidential items before a PDF is generated and can be passed outside of WeTrack's permission control.
- Reporting on job checklist responses can now show just the most critical information shared by your teams. In the job checklist report you can filter the report to show just those check responses marked as important.
System Admin
- Customers running an event or multiple events across different time zones can now set extra time zones in the Account Settings to allow for timezone conversion tooltips to be shown on the logs list, enabling clearer understanding of the order of events, wherever your users are working.
- The Headline Status can now be added when importing new items into WeTrack to ensure that you can add the key information about your projects, risks and jobs when creating items.
- Events can now be imported with information for Zone, Area, Start Time, and End Time, enabling imported event calendars to be complete and contain all necessary details for scheduling and location tracking.
WeTrack Hub
- Users of the hub will now find navigation easier as the menu will only show module options for the modules in use by child accounts.
- Admins in the hub can now edit child account details from the Hub Management screens, including account title, logo and whether the accounts are active or not, making it easier to manage a group of WeTrack accounts.
- The Home view in the Hub is now easier to navigate with the addition of a search option and a count of accounts, letting users find the account they want to access more easily.
Integrations/API
- The Elite <> WeTrack integration will now automatically ensure that any bookings or events that move to a cancelled or lost status in Elite are removed from the Events calendar in WeTrack.
Resolved Issues
- We have resolved an issue where, in some cases, there was an error exporting the Event Overview to PDF.
- An issue where the column headers in reports did not display customized terminology in some cases has been resolved.
- The Sustainability indicator can now be viewed in two formats on its detail page - in words and with stars.
- Add Risk Assessment action now opens in a drawer to aid ease of use.
- An issue causing a timezone mismatch between Elite events and those synced into WeTrack affected some customers - this has now been resolved, and the times will now match correctly between the two event calendars.
- We have resolved an issue where Space information was not always syncing correctly from Elite to WeTrack when events were created.
- Some customers encountered an issue where Job details appeared incomplete when viewed on the Calendar in the Control module - this has now been resolved.
