Resolved Issues
Planning
- Tags fields will no longer appear in the Add Subtask modal. Previously, when adding a new subtask, you would see tags fields that weren't supposed to be available for subtasks, creating confusion about which fields were actually functional. Now, tags fields are properly hidden in both add and edit subtask modals, ensuring a consistent and streamlined subtask management experience without unnecessary interface elements.
Control - Jobs
- On the Add Checklist modal, the Cancel and X buttons will now cancel/close the modal. Previously, when you opened the Add Checklist modal and decided not to create a checklist, clicking Cancel or X wouldn't close the modal, trapping you in the interface. Now, both the Cancel and X buttons properly close the modal, allowing you to seamlessly navigate away from checklist creation and continue with other tasks without workflow disruption.
- On Jobs with numeric checks, zero (0) is now recognized as a valid numeric entry. Previously, when you entered 0 in numeric check fields, the system didn't count it as a completed response, incorrectly showing jobs as incomplete even when zero was the correct answer. Now, the system properly recognizes 0 as a valid numeric value, ensuring job completion percentages accurately reflect all completed numeric checks regardless of whether the answer is zero or any other number.
- You are now able to assign jobs to multiple user groups. Previously, when setting up job assignments, you could only select a single user group, forcing you to create duplicate jobs or complex workarounds to involve multiple teams. Now, the User Group field supports multiple selections, allowing you to assign jobs to all relevant teams in one step and streamline your task distribution workflow.
- Job responses marked as Not Applicable will now be counted as complete, and mandatory checks can no longer be marked as Not Applicable. Previously, your progress tracking showed jobs as incomplete even when all applicable work was finished, and critical mandatory checks could be bypassed entirely. Now, "Not Applicable" responses correctly count toward completion while mandatory checks require proper responses, giving you reliable progress visibility that reflects actual work status.
- When creating a job from an incident, Copy Event from Incident and Copy Location from Incident will be checked by default. This streamlined process saves you time while maintaining the flexibility to customize when needed. The Close Incident option remains unselected by default, giving you full control over incident closure.
- When creating a job using quick add, the job title will no longer be overwritten when you select a job category. Previously, when you typed a custom job title and then selected a job category, the system would replace your custom title with the category name, forcing you to re-enter your original title. Now, your typed job title is preserved when selecting a job category, allowing you to efficiently create jobs with meaningful custom names while still benefiting from category classification.
Elite Integration
- Elite events will now display only on days with spaces booked, rather than displaying on every day from event start date to event end date. This improvement gives you accurate facility visibility, prevents scheduling conflicts, and helps maximize your venue utilization without risking double-bookings or missed opportunities.
Sustainability
- On the Add Indicator drawer, the Category dropdown will now list all indicator categories. Previously, when trying to add a new indicator, the category dropdown appeared empty, blocking you from completing the setup process. Now, the category dropdown properly displays all available options, allowing you to successfully create and organize your sustainability tracking without workflow interruption.
