Log Timestamps
The icon at the left of each log has been replaced with a timestamp, allowing users to quickly identify at a glance when each log was created or updated. The timestamp follows the format HH:MM and aligns with the account's configured time zone. Additionally, the date is displayed according to the preferred format set in account settings.
Default Job Types and Categories for newly created accounts
WeTrack now automatically includes a set of predefined job categories for newly created accounts, enabling users to categorize jobs, reports, and checks immediately without manual setup. The default categories are organized by type as follows:

- Cleaning
- Reports:
- Monthly Report
- Ejections
- Checks:
- Pre Event Checks
- Post Event Checks
Administrators can view, edit, delete, or add to these default categories as needed, providing flexibility to tailor the system to specific organizational requirements. This enhancement streamlines job management, allowing for efficient categorization and improved operational readiness.
Default Incident Categories for newly created accounts
WeTrack now automatically provides a predefined set of incident categories for newly created accounts and for existing accounts upon activation of the Control Module. This enhancement enables users to categorize incidents immediately without manual setup. Administrators retain the flexibility to view, edit, delete, or add to these default categories as needed. The predefined categories include:

This update streamlines incident management, allowing for efficient categorization and improved operational readiness.
Resolved Issues
- The primary department icon, previously displayed as a "grade" symbol, now correctly appears as a boldened star for clear visual identification when designating a primary department for tasks, incidents, or other items.
- Users will no longer encounter the "Zone must be a numerical value" error when importing Areas with assigned Zones, ensuring seamless imports without the need for manual corrections.
- Linked items in Planning and Risk sites now display correctly on both the linked risk and task, rather than only appearing on the originating items
- Users can now successfully add or remove widgets and save views on the Sustainability, Control, Planning, and Risk dashboards without encountering errors.
- The Incident Category filter in the report view now functions correctly, displaying only incidents that match the selected category instead of showing all incidents.
- Users can now assign PEAPS to events without encountering errors when selecting "Link to Event" in the PEAPS Setup section.
