Action Owner: The individual responsible for completing a particular item.
Archive: A feature of WeTrack that allows information to be hidden but remain saved so that it can be referred to (in case of audits or such). Archived items can be restored, if required.

Calendar: A view accessed from the sidebar which displays Tasks in a calendar view. Tasks display on their start date, but you can opt to view them on their due date instead.
Closed: When a Risk or Issue has been resolved. When either is marked as closed, the user will be prompted to state the reason for closure.

Dashboard: The Dashboards in various modules provide a collection of widgets to view your project and task data in a more visual way.
Dependency: A task which requires action taken on another Task to be started or completed is known as a dependency. Dependencies can be upstream or downstream; see [View and Add Task Dependencies] for more details.

Filter: Filters throughout WeTrack allow you to narrow the data you are viewing by selecting various paremeters.

Gantt Chart: A commonly used project planning display that shows Tasks plotted across a timeline, illustrating duration, scheduling, and sequence. Dependencies can also be added through this view if the feature is enabled and the user has the correct permissions.

Issue: A problem or obstacle that has already occurred and is actively affecting the Project, as distinct from a Risk which is still potential. When an Issue is marked as closed, the user will be prompted to state the resolution.

Notification Center: Reachable through the Sidebar, the Notification Center is where you view notifications and other updates pertaining to your work, in-app.

Priority: A field indicating the relative importance of a Task, Risk, or Issue in relation to other items within a Project. Some teams use this field actively for triage and planning; others leave it unset.
Project: The Projects are components of larger events: they can be venues, in some cases, or other entities. Projects consist of multiple Tasks that must be completed. Once all Tasks for a particular Project have been marked blue, the Project is ready/complete.
Project Tag/Category/Type: Methods of grouping Projects for large events, venues or organizations.

RAG (Risks and Issues): A Red/Amber/Green rating indicating the severity of a Risk or Issue, calculated automatically as impact and likelihood values are set during creation. This rating scale is customizable by admin users in the Settings area.
RAG (Tasks): The principal method for scoring a Task's progress. Values are Grey, Red, Amber, Green and Blue (not started, slipped, slipping, on track and complete, respectively).
Rating: Another term used to describe the RAG of a Task, Risk or Issue.
Reports: The term used to describe the varied and customizable visual outputs of data available in WeTrack. The Reports tab can be found on the Sidebar.
Risk: A situation that has the potential to have an undesirable effect on the Project. Different Risks will have different impacts (severity if not resolved) and different likelihoods (probability of occurring).

Status: The status of a Risk or Issue (open, closed or draft).
Sub-Tasks: Constituent parts that together make up the work required to complete a parent Task. When Sub-Tasks are rated, their ratings combine and roll up to determine the rating of the parent Task.
System Administrator (Admin): A user role that grants elevated permissions within WeTrack. Administrators can modify fundamental system configuration in the Settings area and are typically the first point of contact for users with queries about the platform.

Task: A top-level objective that must be completed in order for the Project to be ready/complete. Many Tasks will be scheduled in the planning of a Project.

Update: A record of activity on a Task or Project, usually capturing changes to ratings or status. Updates include timestamps so users can see what changed and when. Users can also add comments and @ mention colleagues within an Update.
User: A normal User type. Users can be assigned to any number of Departments and Venues. Users can access most parts of WeTrack apart from the confidential Risks and some of the settings.
