To reset your WeTrack password, follow the steps below.
If your organization hosts WeTrack on their own infrastructure, resetting your password through the WeTrack website will not send a reset email. Use your organization's login page instead.
- Go to your organization's WeTrack login page. If you are unsure of the link, ask your system administrator.
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Reset Password. If there is an account with that email address in the application, you will receive an email.
- In that email, click Reset Password.
- Enter a new password of at least six characters, including at least one uppercase character and one special character.
- Click Change Password and Log in. Your password is updated and you are logged in to WeTrack.
