Risks, Issues & Opportunities is an additional optional module on the WeTrack system. If only everything went to plan all the time, there would be no need for it! However, when Risks appear that have the potential to alter the timeline of your projects, or derail it altogether, it is invaluable to be able to make a record of the Risks and monitor them through to completion. Equally, when uncertainty brings opportunity, it is important to plan how you might exploit that opportunity to your benefit.
WeTrack links Risks, Issues & Opportunities to the tasks that they affect and allows for easy notification to all parties involved so that any challenges can be dealt with in the most time and cost-efficient way possible.
