In this release:
General
- Location Hierarchy Extended to 10 Levels: Settings > Location Manager now supports up to 10 levels of Zones, Areas, and Maps, an increase from the previous limit of 5. This gives operations teams more flexibility to represent complex, multi-tiered venue layouts, such as large stadiums, convention centers, or multi-building campuses, when mapping Incidents, Jobs, and Logs to specific locations.
Control
- Create Incident from a Job: A new Create Incident action is now available directly on the Job details page, from the overflow menu or a dedicated button. It opens the standard Add Incident form, pre-linked to the Job you started from, and automatically connects the two records as Linked Items. This completes the two-way workflow between Jobs and Incidents. You could already create a Job from an Incident, and now you can create an Incident from a Job too.
- Export Jobs to PDF: Job details can now be exported to a formatted PDF, matching the export capability already available for Incidents. Trigger the export from the overflow menu on the Job details page, choose whether to include attached images, and confirm. A confirmation toast links to Document Manager > Page Exports, where you can download the PDF once it's ready. Exports capture a full snapshot of the Job, including details, checklists, attachments, history, and linked items, and are automatically removed after 30 days.
- Category Search in Quick-Add Fields: You can now type directly in the category field on the quick-add flow to search and filter the list in real time, instead of scrolling through the full list. This applies across all three quick-add types (Incidents, Jobs, and Logs) and is especially helpful for accounts with large or hierarchically structured category sets.
- Auto-Archiving for Logs: A new Logs Auto-Archiving setting under Settings > Control lets administrators set a retention threshold, in days, after which Logs are automatically archived in the background. You can turn the setting on or off at any time, and adjust the threshold to suit your needs. Auto-archived Logs behave the same as manually archived ones. They appear in the archived filter, remain read-only, and can be restored individually or in bulk.
Risk
- Risk Manager Permission Off by Default: The Risk Manager permission is now unchecked by default when adding a new employee, instead of being checked automatically. Administrators must now explicitly enable it, reducing the risk of unintended over-provisioning. Existing users and their current permission settings are not affected.
- Risk Actions Moved to a Tab: Risk Actions is no longer a standalone item in the left navigation. It now lives as a tab within the Risks & Issues page, alongside your risks register, so you no longer need to leave the page to move between risks and their associated actions. This follows the same tab pattern already used on the Risk Assessments page.
Hub
- Department Sync for Newly Added Child Sites: Departments configured to apply to all accounts on a Hub now sync automatically to any new child site added after the Hub's initial setup, removing the need for manual re-syncing. For Departments scoped to specific accounts, Hub administrators are now prompted to choose whether a newly added account should be included.
- Account Settings Sync for Newly Added Child Sites: Account Settings marked Configured for all accounts, including System Terminology, General Settings, Security Settings, and Branding Settings, now apply automatically to any new child site added to a Hub after its initial setup.
- Planning Settings Sync for Newly Added Child Sites: Planning Settings marked Configured for all accounts, including Milestones, Auto RAG Updates, and RAG Description, now apply automatically to any new child site added to a Hub after its initial setup.
- Control Settings Sync for Newly Added Child Sites: Control Settings marked Configured for all accounts, including Confidential Types, Severity Scale Guide, and Incidents & Response Plans, now apply automatically to any new child site added to a Hub after its initial setup.
