Improved Task Sorting: Tasks now default to showing the most recently updated first, making it easier to track active work. We've added "Updated Date" sorting options (Ascending and Descending) to the Task list, helping you quickly identify which tasks have been recently modified and prioritize accordingly.
Enhanced Location Map Controls: When creating incidents, logs, and jobs, you can now filter zones, areas, and venue maps by level using new sidebar controls. Select a specific level to view only the zones and areas on that level, making it easier to focus on the exact areas you need without visual clutter.
Link Attachments Now Display Properly: Links added to checklists or incidents now display correctly in the Attachments Tab, ensuring you have immediate visibility to all attached resources. Performance Enhancements
Performance Improvements: The team continues to invest in reducing the load the system experiences during peak operations by optimizing backend calls and making the application lighter. You should continue to see improvements in that direction.
Inactive Users Labeled in Comments: In the Control module (Incidents, Jobs, Logs) and Planning module (Projects, Tasks), comments that reference inactive users now display [Inactive] after the user's name. This makes it easy to distinguish between active and inactive users when planning and assigning work in advance. This label applies to new comments going forward and does not update existing comments retroactively.
Fixes
Hub Gantt Filter Terminology: Fixed an issue in Hub where Gantt column filter titles did not reflect customized system terminology. Filters now respect your configured terminology settings.
Task Details Department Display: Resolved an issue where Task Details pages displayed "Department" instead of the configured system terminology for Functional Areas. The correct terminology now appears consistently across all sites.
Sign Up Page Layout: Fixed a display issue where the Sign Up and Verify page for new users appeared distorted after accepting employee invitation links. The page now renders correctly in all conditions.
