Checklist Auto-Open Preference: You can now control whether the first incomplete checklist automatically opens when you view an Incident. This was previously forced on for all desktop users. It's now a personal preference, off by default, that you set from the gear icon (Edit Cards settings) on the Incidents list page, and it persists across sessions.
Age and Resolution Time Reporting:
Jobs Reports now include two new optional columns, Age (how long an open job has been running) and Resolution Time (how long a completed job took end-to-end), both sortable and persistent across sessions.
Incident Category Reports also gain a new Avg Response Time column so you can compare performance across categories at a glance.
Incident and Job Category Settings now show Avg Resolution Time per category too, loaded on demand so it won't affect page performance; categories with no closed records yet will show as "Not Found."
Clear Headline Status in One Click: A new trash icon next to any set Headline Status on Incident, Job, and Risk detail pages lets you clear it instantly without needing to overwrite it first. The icon is disabled when no status is set.
Risk Profile Modal Redesigned for Mobile: The Add Questions to Risk Profile modal has been redesigned for mobile screens after the desktop dual-panel layout broke down on smaller viewports, cutting off content and making buttons hard to reach. It now stacks vertically with properly sized touch targets and a clean top-to-bottom flow. Desktop is unchanged.
Streamlined Mobile Navigation: WeTrack's mobile navigation is cleaner. Settings, MyTrack, and Report Builder are no longer shown on mobile since they weren't optimized for that experience. My Preferences remains fully available from the left nav menu. Desktop is unchanged, and direct links to removed pages now redirect automatically.
Suggested Risks Removed from Mobile Add Risk Flow: The AI-powered Suggested Risks carousel no longer appears when adding a risk on mobile, where it wasn't optimized for touch and was pushing the form below the fold. You now land directly on the risk form fields. Desktop is unchanged, the carousel still displays there and can be expanded or collapsed as before.
Performance Improvements: This release includes another round of backend performance work. Pages load faster, the system handles concurrent users more reliably, and key workflows run more efficiently, with the biggest gains showing up during peak usage periods.
Fixes
API Timeouts and Duplicate Tags Resolved: Fixed intermittent timeouts on the WeTrack API data feed, caused by a slow stored procedure, and resolved a related issue that was returning duplicate TAG entries in the Incidents API response used by Power BI.
Trailing Space Validation Error: Typing a title with a trailing space when creating an Incident, Log, or Job no longer triggers a false validation error. The trailing space is trimmed automatically on save, and genuinely blank titles still show the expected validation message.
Report Column Formatting: Fixed an issue where exported reports compressed columns based on content length, making some columns, particularly those later in the report, difficult to read. Columns now maintain a consistent minimum width so content stays readable.
