Hub Planning Module: Project Tag and Task Tag Filtering
The Hub Planning module, you can now filter the Planning view by Project Tags and Task Tags from all connected child accounts. This makes it faster to narrow large, multi-account plans to the specific projects and tasks you need to act on.
Performance Improvements for Translation Loading
Improved performance and stability when loading the employee details page by addressing translation-service rate limiting. This reduces slow load times and helps your team access employee information more reliably—especially on mobile during busy event operations.
Zone Group Added to System Terminology
System administrators can configure the “Zone Group” label in System Terminology so it matches your organization’s preferred wording (for example, “City”, “Region”, or “District”). This keeps WeTrack aligned with the language your teams use every day, reducing confusion when coordinating incidents, jobs, and logs across multiple locations.
SharePoint Link Support in Attachments
Links that contain the % character are now accepted when you add attachments via URL in WeTrack (for example, SharePoint links on Projects > Attachments). This lets your teams reliably attach and open common SharePoint and other encoded URLs without workarounds, so important event documents stay linked directly to projects, jobs, logs, and risks.
Risk Action Updates via Export and Update
You can now modify existing Risk Action properties in bulk by exporting risks to Excel, making your changes, and re-importing the file. This eliminates the need to manually update Risk Actions one at a time in the UI, saving significant time for teams managing large numbers of risks.
- Previously, the Export and Update process would only create new Risk Actions and ignore any changes made to existing ones.
- Updatable properties include Action Type, title, description, and other Risk Action fields.
- Note: this update does not cover creating new Risk Actions (already supported), bulk deletion of Risk Actions, or changes to which risks an action is linked to.
Fixes
- Session Timeout Resolved on Incidents Page: The Incidents List no longer shows an error after about 10 minutes of inactivity that forced users to refresh and reopen the list. This helps incident teams stay on the page during live event operations without losing time reloading and navigating back.
- Task Group Retention When Adding Multiple Tasks: When adding multiple tasks to a Task Group using "Save & Add Another," all tasks are now correctly saved to the selected Task Group. Previously, only the first task would be saved to the selected Task Group. Each subsequent task added in the same session would be incorrectly placed in the General Task Group instead.
- Task Group Import with Ampersand in Project Names: You can now successfully import Task Groups when the associated Project name contains an ampersand (&). Previously, the import would fail with a misleading error stating the Project "doesn't exist in the system," with no indication that the "&" character was the cause.
- Primary Department Retention on Milestone Task RAG Changes: Updating the RAG status on a Milestone task from its detail page now correctly retains the assigned Primary Department. This fix prevents an unexpected data display issue that could cause confusion or unnecessary re-entry work when managing task assignments.
- Hub Gantt Chart Filter Improvements: Several filters in the AccountHub Gantt Chart view are now working as expected, including Project Tags, Account, Owner(s), Departments, and custom Tag Groups. Previously, selecting any of these filters produced no dropdown options, making it impossible to filter the Gantt Chart by those criteria.
