In this release:
Risk
- In Template Risks, Baseline Likelihood and Baseline Impact have been renamed to Inherent Likelihood and Inherent Impact to align with standard industry terminology.
- The Risks List now correctly displays all available filters when you return from viewing a risk detail page. Previously, navigating from the Risks List to a risk detail page and back would incorrectly show only Risk Actions filters instead of the full Risks List filters. You can now consistently access all filtering options without needing to refresh the page.
- Risk Action Details now open in a drawer interface instead of a separate page, keeping the risk list visible while you review and manage individual risks. This new drawer provides a consistent, modern experience that matches other areas of WeTrack and streamlines your risk assessment workflow by maintaining context as you work through multiple risk actions.
Control
- The Job Category field in job cards now functions as a single-select dropdown that displays only valid categories for the selected job type. Previously, this field allowed multiple category selections, including categories not associated with the selected job type, which created data inconsistencies and could display "No Job Category" even after making a selection. This correction ensures proper job classification and maintains data integrity for venue managers and operations coordinators categorizing jobs.
- Filter dropdowns in the mobile incident view now use improved mobile-optimized controls. This improvement helps control room operators and field supervisors efficiently filter and view incidents when managing operations from mobile devices.
- Checklist assignments are now properly recorded with a single history entry when jobs are created. Previously, when creating a new job with a job category that had default checklists assigned, the system would incorrectly display duplicate history entries for the checklist addition. This correction ensures operations coordinators and venue managers maintain accurate audit trails that clearly reflect checklist management activities without confusing duplicate records.
- Check descriptions now display as plain text across Settings, Jobs, and Incidents. This update ensures venue managers can maintain clean, consistent checklist descriptions throughout the system.
Planning
- RAG updates now occur only during scheduled AUTO-RAG update runs rather than immediately upon field changes. Any field change, including date modifications, will not affect the RAG until the next scheduled update run. This change provides predictable, scheduled RAG updates for venue operations.
- Parent task dates now automatically update to reflect their subtask timelines. This enhancement ensures venue managers maintaining project schedules have accurate parent task dates without manual intervention.
General
- You can now delete attachments from tasks and sub-tasks across all file types. All attachment types display a consistent three-dot menu with "Download" and "Delete" options, allowing you to remove images, PDFs, Word documents, and other file formats through a simple confirmation workflow. This enhancement helps you maintain accurate task documentation by removing outdated or incorrect files.
