Risk Module
Add Master Risk within Risk Assessment Add Modal
- Users can now add master risks directly within the Risk Assessment Add modal, making it easier to add in identified risks when creating or updating a risk assessment
Showing Associated Jobs in Master Risk Details Page
- The Master Risk Details page now shows jobs associated with a Risk Action when the risk is linked to that action. This provides a comprehensive view of the risk's impact and associated activities, aiding in a better overview of the activities mitigating the risk level.
Risk Profiler
Users can now set up and manage risk profiles per event within WeTrack. This will give an overview of the risk score based on predefined questions for the Event Type, enabling them and their teams to see the potential risk of host such event on their premises.
Settings: Setting up questions with appropriate scores and setting the acceptability matrix
- Within the risk profiling settings, users can set up risk questions and answers with the appropriate score, for one or multiple event types - enabling a tailored approach to the profiling of an event.
- Through the scoring settings, users can assign scores to answers within the risk profiler. This functionality facilitates quantitative assessment the answers, aiding in the prioritization and management of a further risk assessment
- Through the same section, users can alter the acceptability matrix, which will define the risk score and recommended appropriated measures taken
Risk Profile List View & Creation
- With this release, users can create and manage comprehensive risk profiles for an event through the Risk Profiles section in the side menu.
- The list view can be filtered by owner, status and event type, such as sporting events
- Based on the event selected upon creation, the appropriate questions and subsequent answers will show to allow users to start to complete the profile.
- As the questions are answered, the appropriate risk score for the event will show.
Hub
Open Risks from the Worktable
- Users can now open risks directly from the worktable within the hub, streamlining access to risk details within the associated child site
Resolved Issues
Risk Module
- When clicking on a risk from a report, users will now be correctly brought to the details page.
- Customization for both impact and likelihood terms will appear correctly throughout the system.
- Risks and Issues can be imported successfully without the Planning module enabled.
- Risk Tags can be managed independently without the Planning module enabled.
- Users can now delete Risk Strategies in multiples
Planning Module
- Customization of Task Group terms will appear correctly throughout the system.
- Applying multiple task filters will present the accurate results.
- Applying a project filter in the project list view will only show general task groups for that project.
Reporting
- The number of pages option is now reinstated within reports.
- Naming a tag group "Event" will appear correctly in reports.
