Events
New Monthly Calendar
The new monthly calendar view provides a streamlined way for users to visualize multi-day events and daily event overloads. This enhancement enables users to see events that span multiple days as continuous blocks and limits the number of displayed events per day to four, with a "+ more" indicator if additional events are present.
- Multi-day events are shown as continuous blocks across all days they span. This update makes it easier for users to track long-term events without needing to open each day's details.
- Each day in the monthly calendar view will display up to four events. If more than four events are scheduled on a single day, a + more indicator appears at the bottom of that day’s cell.
- Users can click the + more indicator to view all events scheduled for that day. When viewing an expanded day, events are grouped by:
- Starting: Events that begin on that specific date
- Ongoing: Events that are in progress and continue from previous days
- Ending: Events that end on that specific date
- Multi-day events that begin on a particular day will be visible on the following days, even if there are more than four events on those days. This ensures that ongoing multi-day events are not hidden in days with high event counts.
Event and Event List Improvements
-
When creating an event, you can now add additional information: Zone, Area, Start Time, and End Time. These updates enable users to provide more detailed information when creating or editing events
-
These additional fields also now display on the Events List, allowing you to access important event details directly within the list, improving overall usability and event management.
-
You can now filter the Event List by Zone, Date, and Event Type. This update streamlines event management and improves the user experience by providing robust search functionality.

The Gantt chart timeline has been updated to restrict the view to the current calendar year. This change allows project managers to focus on planning and tracking projects within a relevant time frame, improving clarity and usability.
Control
Jobs
- When an event is created, any jobs scheduled by that event's type will be automatically associated with the event. See for Jobs Scheduling more about scheduling jobs.
- The associated events will display on the jobs list, enabling operations managers to see at a glance which jobs are tied to each event.
- In addition to the jobs list, the event will also display on the job details page.
When a report is submitted by a patron that includes photos or images, these will display in the Messages tab of the incoming report. In addition to being visible in the Messages tab, any photos or images included in the report will also be added to the Attachments area of the report.
Risk
An Add Action option has been added to the 3-dots menu on each risk card. This enhancement allows users to quickly create actions related to specific risks without leaving the risk card list.
