Events Option in Main WeTrack menu
The "Events" option has been relocated from the Settings menu to the main WeTrack menu for easier access and improved visibility. We are working on some exciting new features in this section in upcoming releases, so stay tuned!

Duplication of existing risk profiles
Users can now duplicate existing risk profiles from within the Risk Profile details page. For those hosting regular, repeated events which requires a risk score, this feature allows you to clone a risk profile, maintaining all the associated questions and answers, so that you can reuse the data without starting from scratch.
Linking Risk Profile Answers to Risks for Seamless Risk Assessment Creation
With this update, users can now link answers to Risk Profile questions directly to their Master Risks repository. This connection allows for seamless transition from the initial event profiling stage to the subsequent risk assessment process that follows.
For example, you may have a risk profile question Will alcohol be served at this event? General alcohol sales are considered a high risk, so that answer is linked to the Liability for overserving patrons risk in the Master Risk repository.
Once the risk profile has been created and the relevant questions answered, users can select Create Risk Assessment on the Risk Profile page. This will automatically generate a list of risks based on the provided answers, enabling teams to quickly identify and prioritize the necessary actions in preparation for the event.
Go to Profile > Settings > Risk > Risk Profiling > Risk Profiling Questionnaire to link master risks to answers. Risk Profile Settings has been updated with instructions.
New Add Risk Modal Look and Feel
We're excited to introduce a fresh, modernized design for the Add Risk Modal in WeTrack, enhancing both usability and aesthetics. Key improvements include:
- Streamlined Interface: Cleaner layout for a more intuitive and faster risk entry process, dividing the relevant sections into Details, Assign, Actions .
- Add Actions/Controls: Add Actions while creating the risk for a more efficient, seamless process
Resolved Issues
- Users in the WeTrack Hub can now be added and removed without issues
- Moving items between task groups within the Kanban view for a project is now more user friendly
- Newly added risk questions within the risk profile details page appear without refresh
- General Users and Admins can now add locations to risks and issues
