September 2024 System Updates: Risk & Incident Link, Risk Profiler PDF Export & Hub Emissions Dashboard – WeTrack

Create Incident Category Association: With this update, users can now create associations between risks and incident categories directly from the Master Risk Details Page. Once linked, this will show any incident of that category within 'Associated Incidents' tab of the Master Risk details, allowing you and your team to assess impact of the risk rating and planned actions.

Risk Profiler PDF Export: A new option has been added to allow users to download the Risk Profiler as a PDF document, providing an easy way to share the event risk questionnaire and associated score.
Power BI Export: Risks and associated actions are now fed into Power BI for a single account, enabling more comprehensive data visualization and analysis within the platform of choice.

Task Group Row Visibility in Saved Views: Whether task group rows are shown or hidden will now be retained when switching between saved views. This improves flexibility when managing tasks and projects.

Emissions Dashboard within the Hub: The Emissions Dashboard has been introduced for the Sustainability Hub, offering venue groups and multi entity organisations a comprehensive view of emissions data and analytics to support sustainability reporting and decision-making across the business.

Checklist Visibility Issue: Fixed an issue where creating a checklist from within a job category would not display it until the page was refreshed. Now, checklists will appear immediately upon creation without requiring a page refresh.
Kanban Task Creation Popup: Resolved an issue where the popup for creating and saving a task in Kanban would remain open unless a second task was created. The popup now closes as expected after a single task is created and saved.
