The import/export feature allows you to make mass changes to the data in your system. It has three main functions:

Bulk import new data: Download the import template file, add your information, and import. You are able to import:
- Areas
- Departments
- Department Categories
- Employees (internal users)
- Events
- Incidents
- Incident Categories
- Jobs
- Job Categories
- Projects
- Risks, Issues, Opportunities, and Risk Actions
- Tasks and Sub-tasks
- Task Groups
- Template Risks
- Zones

Export existing data and re-import to bulk update it: Export existing data formatted in the import template file, update data, and re-import. You are able to export:
- Departments
- Department Categories
- Employees (internal users)
- Incidents
- Incident Categories
- Jobs
- Job Categories
- Projects
- Risks, Issues, Opportunities, and Risk Actions
- Tasks
- Template Risks
- Clone existing information: Combine the two processes above to apply existing metadata to new or existing data, such as the RAG Status or due dates for a large number of tasks or projects. Export existing data, then apply select information to new data or other existing data.
