A project is a defined initiative with specific goals, timelines, and deliverables related to planning, organizing, or executing major events, managing venue operations, or other large bodies of work. Projects serve as organizational containers that bring together all the tasks, resources, stakeholders, and documentation needed to accomplish these complex, time-bound objectives. For more about projects, see About Projects.
