Template risks are used with Risk Profiles (via linking to questions) and Risk Assessments to identify risks which apply to events, zones, or venues. Template risks are linked to other WeTrack items to facilitate creating risk assessments, creating jobs, and reporting:
- Link to Event Type to easily surface relevant risks when creating a risk assessment for an event with that type.
- Link to Job Categories to allow for automatic adding and generating of jobs whenever these template risks are used on a risk assessment.
- Link to Incident Categories to allow for future analytics of how frequently an incident still occurs, despite having mitigated it.
- Link to Risk Profile Questions, to calculate how risky an event is and thus assess the need for doing a full-fledged risk assessment and job mitigation.
When templates risks are added to a risk assessment, a copy of the risk is made for that risk assessment. Any changes made to the template risk after that copy is made will not be reflected on the risk assessment.
