Over the last few weeks we have been busy finishing the new version of our Run Sheets module, which we are happy to say is being released to a certain few over the next couple of days. There have been some great updates to this module so if you would like to see it, please contact us via support@wetrack.com!

As well as the run sheet changes, we have recently focused on system terminology customisation & better understanding why issues in the Incident module have closed as an overview.

Ability to change event and event category terminology

Located in the Language Customisation section, you are now able to rename where 'Event' and 'Event Category' appears in the WeTrack to your own terminology, as pictured below.

Last comment to become Incident Headline Status

To get a better indication of why incidents are being closed, the last comment added when resolving an issue will now automatically appear as the Headline Status. This will give those in the control room an easier approach to spot checking incidents in bulk

General Fixes & Updates

There have been other updates and improvements, including:

• There is now the ability to update expected due dates within a project

• Comment icons are now appearing once are user comments on a PEAP, to give been indications of which PEAPs are being looked at/worked on.

• There is now the ability to filter by event within the department summary report
