The Jobs Calendar, which shows scheduled and created jobs, allows you to view jobs in a month, week, or list view.
Customize your view by updating the settings in the header above the calendar:
- On the left, choose month, week, or list view
- In the center, click the arrows to go forward or backward month by month. Click the date range to jump to a different date.
- On the right, click Today to quickly return to today in your view.
- Also on the right, filter the jobs which appear. You can view all jobs, only your jobs, or only jobs for your department, which is assigned to your user profile within WeTrack
To view additional details of the jobs:
- On the month view, click the date block. A list of jobs will display. Click on the title of a job to go to its details page, or click the date block again to close the list.
- On the list view, click the title of a job to go to its details page.
