You can create events, set their dates, assign a type, and add a location using zones and areas. During the planning phase, events can be linked to projects and Risk Profiles and Assessments. When the event day arrives, the event status changes to Live. In the Control module, you can filter incoming reports and list pages by event and associate jobs and incidents with the event. You can also add event logs to record notes as the event unfolds.

Event Types
Event Types differentiate the types of events you are working on: Exhibitions, Matches, Test Events, Concerts, and more. Event types can be used for reporting and filtering as well as automatic job creation (see Schedule Jobs for more information). See Configure Event Types for instructions.
Event Calendar
View events in a calendar format on the Event Calendar. In the left navigation, click Events and select Event Calendar from the dropdown in the page header.
Hover over an event to view additional information, or click an event to open its details page.
Event List
View a list of events on the Event List. In the left navigation, click Events and select Event List from the dropdown in the page header.
On the Event List you can click an event to view details, and click the three-dot icon on the right to edit, archive, or delete an event.
Event Details Page
The Event Details Page gives you a central view of all activity associated with a specific event, including Risk Assessments, Risk Profiles, Jobs, Incidents, and Logs. From here you can monitor progress, add new items, and navigate to deeper detail views for each area.
To open the Event Details Page, navigate to the Event List and select an event from the list, or click an event on the Event Calendar.
Events in the Control Module
When you log in, you may be given the option to select a live event. When you choose a live event, the view in the Control module changes to be focused on that event.
- All Incidents, Logs, Run Sheets, and Run Sheet items added will automatically be related to that event.
- The Incidents list, Logs list, Jobs list, and Map View will automatically filter to the selected event. Only Incidents, Logs, Run Sheets, and Run Sheet items related to the event will be visible.
To switch to a different event or to view information from all events, select the event name at the top of the pages and change the filter.
