WeTrack has mobile apps available for both iOS and Android devices. Which app you use will depend on where your WeTrack data is hosted. This is most likely where you are located, but if you are part of an international organization, double check with the System Admin at your location.
- WeTrack Mobile is for users in:
- Europe (except Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine)
- Middle East
- Africa
- APAC
- WeTrack US is for users in:
- Canada
- USA
- Latin America
- Caribbean
In addition, WeTrack is a fully responsive web application that can be accessed via your browser on smaller devices such as phones and tablets. To access the WeTrack webapp on a mobile device:
- Open your mobile browser (Chrome or Safari are recommended).
- Enter your organization's WeTrack site, such as football.wetrack.com.
- Log in as usual. You will use the three line menu at the top right of the page to navigate between different modules and sections.
- To easily access the app again, add a home screen shortcut.
Because of the level of detail in some of the WeTrack modules, some functionality is limited when the system is viewed on a smaller screen. This may mean that you have to enter the Task or Project details page to view further details, such as sub-tasks, comments, attachments, and so on.
Gantt Charts and Imports are not available on mobile devices when using WeTrack.
