Operational Risks, Issues and Opportunities have a privacy status of either Public or Confidential:
- Public risks, issues, and opportunities can be viewed by all users with access to the Risk module.
- Confidential risks, issues, and opportunities can be viewed and edited by users with the Risk Manager permission. There is no view-only access to confidential risks, issues, and opportunities.
The privacy status is set when the risk, issue, or opportunity is created, but it can be updated later. To update the privacy status:
- Navigate to Risk > Risks & Issues and select the risk, issue, or opportunity. The details page opens.
- In the right sidebar Details section, click the current privacy status. The Risk privacy status modal opens.
- Select the new privacy status.
- Click Apply.
Confidential risks, issues and opportunities, if you can view them, will have a padlock icon after their name in risk, issue, and opportunity lists.
