The Momentus Elite and WeTrack integration automatically syncs events between the two systems. When an event is created in Elite, it appears in WeTrack's event list and event calendar, keeping project, risk, task, and incident management workflows up to date without manual data entry.
Calendar cards and Event Details display an indicator showing where a synced event came from:
- ENT: The event synced from an Enterprise system.
- ELT: The event synced from an Elite system.
- If no indicator appears, the event was created directly in WeTrack.
When a booking or event moves to a Cancelled or Lost status in Elite, the integration automatically removes it from the events calendar and list in WeTrack. No manual removal is needed.
Risk Assessments and Profiles
When an event syncs from Elite to WeTrack, you can create and link risk assessments and risk profiles directly within the event. Because the event data is already present in WeTrack, there is no need to re-enter event details when setting up risk records.
Pre and Post-Event Tasks
Checklists and tasks can be pre-scheduled by Event Type in WeTrack. When an event syncs from Elite, WeTrack automatically schedules all relevant pre and post-event tasks for that Event Type. Each task is created with its assigned owner, location, and description already populated.
Post-Event Reports
After an event syncs to WeTrack, you can tag jobs and incidents to that event. WeTrack uses these tags to generate incident and job reports tied directly to the event, so post-event analysis pulls together automatically.
