You are able to set your account time zone, as well as choose the format that your dates display in. All actions in WeTrack are time and date-stamped so that the system acts as an indelible audit of all activity taken.
To update your time zone and date format:
- Click on your profile and select Settings > Account & Configuration > Time and Date.
- Click Edit. The Site Timezone and Preferred Date Format fields are now editable.
- In the Site Timezone field, select your location's time zone. By default, this is set to GMT.
- In the Preferred Date Format field, select how dates should appear.
- Click Update.
You are also able to set additional time zones which will display in the Time Zone Converter. The Time Zone Converter displays when you hover over the time of a log and is useful when working across time zones.
To add an additional time zone:
- On the Time and Date page, click Add Additional Time Zone. A new time zone field displays.
- Select the time zone.
- Click Save.
To change a time zone, click the X in the field to remove the original one, select the new one, and click Save.
To remove a time zone, click the trash can icon by the time zone to remove and click Save.
