The Event Details page gives you a central view of all activity associated with a specific event, including Risk Assessments, Risk Profiles, Jobs, Incidents, and Logs. From here you can monitor progress, add new items, and navigate to deeper detail views for each area.
To open the Event Details page, navigate to the Event List and select an event from the list, or click an event on the Event Calendar.
The top of the page displays key information about the event:
- Event name: Displayed as the page title.
- Date and time: The start and end date and time of the event.
- Location: The event's zone, if one has been set.
- Event type: The type of event.
- ID: The unique identifier for the event, shown in the top-right corner.
Three tabs are available in the top-right area of the page: Overview, Incidents, and Logs.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab gives you a snapshot of the event's current risk, job, and incident status.
Risk Profile Score
The Risk Profile Score panel shows the calculated risk score based on responses to the event's risk profile questionnaire. If no responses have been submitted, the panel displays No responses.
Total Risks
The Total Risks panel shows the total number of risks associated with the event. A color-coded bar provides a visual breakdown of risk RAG, so you can assess the severity distribution at a glance.
Jobs
The Jobs panel on the Overview tab shows a summary of the jobs linked to the event. Each job displays its name, completion percentage, and a color-coded progress bar.
- To add a new job, click Add New Job +.
- To see the full list of jobs, click View Jobs.
Incidents
The incidents panel on the right side of the Overview tab lets you quickly add an incident without leaving the page; see Add an Incident below for details. If no incidents have been added yet, the panel displays a prompt to get started.
Risk Profile
The Risk profile section shows the risk profile questionnaire linked to the event. It displays the number of questions answered out of the total.
- To open the full profile and respond to questions, click View Profile.
Risk Assessments
The Risk Assessments section lists all risk assessments associated with the event. Each entry shows the assessment name, its current status, the assigned approver, and the number of identified risks.
- To add a new risk assessment, click Add Risk Assessment +.
Jobs (Full List)
Below the Risk Assessments section, a full list of the event's jobs is displayed. Each job shows its name, the number of tasks to do, completion percentage, and a color-coded progress bar. Click the arrow on the right side of a job row to expand it and see more detail.
Incidents and Logs Tabs
The Incidents and Logs tabs shows all incidents and logs associated with the event. You can search, add, and manage incidents and logs from these tab.
- Search: Use the Search field to find incidents and logs by keyword.
- Sort: Incidents and jobs are sorted by Created Date (Descending) by default. Click the sort label to change the sort order.
- Select: Click Select to select multiple incidents or logs for bulk actions.
Add an Incident
- In the Add Incident field on the right, click Add Incident or click in the field.
- In the drop down, select a category
- To assign the incident to yourself, select Assign me as an owner.
- To assign the incident to your department, select Assign my Department.
- Press Enter to add the incident, or click Add details to open the full Add Incident drawer.
Add a Log
- In the Add Log field on the right, click Add Log or click in the field.
- In the drop down, select a category
- To assign the incident to yourself, select Assign me as an owner.
- To assign the incident to your department, select Assign my Department.
- Press Enter to add the incident, or click Add details to open the full Add Log drawer.
Customize Card Display
On both the Incidents and Logs tabs, you can choose which attributes are shown on each card in the list.
- On the Incidents or Logs tab, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the content area. The Edit Cards panel opens.
- Check the attributes you want to display on each card. Some attributes are always shown and cannot be removed.
- Select how the subtitle should appear on each card.
- If you want attributes with no data to be hidden, check Hide attributes where there is no information.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
Export to PDF
You can export the event details to a PDF file.
- In the top right corner, click the three dot menu and select Download PDF. Your report begins exporting and a confirmation message displays.
- When your export is complete, a message displays. Open the Document Manager in the lower-left corner to download or share the document.
